Unlike older designs with round spray bars, this plate has a unique crossbar design that helps atomize the nitrous and fuel mixture better, distributing it evenly across the cylinders. This means you get more consistent power and better performance. The kit also includes a 5lb nitrous bottle equipped with the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. This valve is a step up from older brass valves, featuring two gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, a large .325 orifice for better flow, and an improved internal path that reduces restriction. It also weighs about a pound less than traditional brass valves.

Beyond the main plate and bottle, Nitrous Express includes everything you need to get this system installed and running. You'll find a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean look and reliable connections. It also comes with a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary harness. The kit includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower, giving you flexibility to tune your power output.
