This Nitrous Express 4150 Single Entry Crossbar Plate RNC Nitrous Kit comes complete with a 15lb nitrous bottle and the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. The kit is designed for 4150 flange manifolds and includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower increases. The CNC machined crossbar plate design is a notable advancement, eliminating traditional round spray bars. This design helps ensure excellent atomization and consistent distribution to each cylinder, without any spray bars that could sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow.

The included Lightning 45 bottle valve is a significant upgrade, crafted from billet aluminum. It features two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, and a large .325 orifice for improved flow. This valve offers a more direct flow path with only one 45-degree turn, and it weighs nearly a pound less than older brass valves. This comprehensive system also includes a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and its corresponding harness.

This kit is designed to support horsepower increases from 250 to 750 HP, with the included jets allowing you to tune for specific levels between 50 and 300 HP. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
