Nitrous Express is well-known for their performance nitrous oxide systems. This Covert Crossbar Plate System is a prime example of their focus on improved performance and distribution. Designed for 4150 flange manifolds, this system aims to provide a more even distribution of nitrous and fuel across your cylinders compared to older designs.

The CNC machined plate design eliminates traditional spray bars, which can sag or rotate, disrupting airflow. Instead, this system uses an improved flow path with a single 45-degree turn, leading to better atomization and cylinder-to-cylinder distribution. It comes with jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower, with the capability to reach up to 500 horsepower with appropriate tuning and supporting modifications. The included Lightning 45 bottle valve is designed for great flow and a lower weight than older brass valves. This kit is packed with features to get you started, including a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and its harness.

This system is designed for 4150 flange manifolds and includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 & 300HP. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also includes a Prop 65 warning.
