Nitrous Express is well-known for their performance nitrous oxide systems. This Covert Crossbar Plate System is their next generation in nitrous plate technology, designed to integrate seamlessly with your engine's intake manifold. It's built to boost your engine's power output significantly, offering a range from 100 to 500 horsepower depending on the jetting you select.

What sets this system apart is its CNC machined design, which eliminates traditional spray bars. This means you get excellent fuel and nitrous atomization, leading to better cylinder distribution and more consistent power delivery. With no spray bars to sag or disrupt airflow, this plate offers an improved flow path featuring only one 45-degree turn, which helps maintain optimal pressure and flow. The included Lightning 45 bottle valve is a standout feature, not only looking sharp with its billet aluminum construction but also flowing exceptionally well and weighing less than older brass valves. This system is designed for 4150 flange manifolds and comes with jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower increases, giving you flexibility in tuning your power output.

This Pro Power kit is packed with everything you need to get started. It includes a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate lines, and nickel-plated fittings for durability and a clean look. You also get a Wide Open Throttle (WOT) switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. The system comes complete with a 10lb nitrous bottle equipped with the Lightning 45 bottle valve. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also carries a Prop 65 warning.
