This is the Nitrous Express 4500 Covert Crossbar Plate System, designed to add significant horsepower to your vehicle. This Stage 6 system is capable of delivering anywhere from 50 to 300 horsepower, making it a substantial upgrade for performance enthusiasts. It's built around a CNC machined plate that fits 4150 flange manifolds, replacing traditional spray bars with an improved flow path for better fuel and nitrous atomization. This design also means no spray bars to sag or disrupt airflow, offering a more consistent delivery.

The system comes with a 12lb nitrous bottle featuring the Lightning 45 bottle valve, which is lighter and flows exceptionally well. You'll find integrated gauge ports on the valve for monitoring, along with a 5/8 siphon tube and a large .325 orifice. The improved flow path within the plate itself minimizes turns, reducing restriction. This kit is comprehensive, including a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for durability and a clean look. It also includes a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness to get everything powered correctly. Jetting is included for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower levels, allowing you to tune your power output.

When installing this system, ensure you have a suitable 4150 flange intake manifold. It's important to note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper setup and safety guidelines.
