The Nitrous Express 80019EFI-10 kit uses CNC aluminum bodies topped with carbon fiber cans for its Lightning Series solenoids, offering a significant weight savings. This direct port system is designed for 8-cylinder EFI vehicles and includes four solenoids, capable of delivering between 200 and 500 horsepower. The key to maximizing nitrous power is keeping the nitrous in a dense liquid form until it's injected into the engine, and this system is built to ensure that. Sharp bends in the nitrous flow path can cause turbulence, leading to gaseous bubbles which reduce power. This NX system contains components specifically designed to prevent that, ensuring you get the most power per pound of nitrous used.

NX Lightning solenoids feature an improved flow path where nitrous and fuel enter above the seat and exit out the bottom, providing flow unmatched by other solenoids. The nitrous solenoids have an integrated purge port, allowing you to connect a purge valve directly to the solenoid body. This purges through the body, eliminating the air pocket between the purge valve and the solenoid orifice. The fuel solenoids include a fuel bypass port that lets you connect a small return line to the tank. This feature eliminates trapped air between the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel solenoid, preventing the lean spikes that can occur with other systems.
