The CNC machined billet crossbar design in this Nitrous Express system eliminates traditional round spray bars. This advanced approach ensures better atomization of the nitrous and fuel mixture, leading to more even distribution across your engine's cylinders. Unlike older designs, there are no spray bars to sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow, making this a next-generation nitrous plate technology. This kit is built for DOMINATOR flange manifolds and comes with jetting for multiple horsepower levels, from 50 to 300 HP for the first stage and 100 to 500 HP for the second stage.

Included with this system is a 10lb nitrous bottle featuring the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. This valve is not only visually striking but also packed with practical features. It offers two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, a substantial .325 orifice, and an improved flow path that minimizes turns to just one 45-degree bend. This design results in better flow and weighs nearly a pound less than older brass valves. You'll also find a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings.

For safe and reliable operation, this kit includes a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, and a 40 Amp relay with its own harness.
