This system is engineered for 4150 flange intake manifolds and is capable of supporting 100 to 500 horsepower gains, with included jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower levels. The core of this system is the CNC-machined billet crossbar plate, which replaces traditional spray bars. This design promotes excellent atomization and uniform distribution of the nitrous and fuel mixture into each cylinder, eliminating issues like sagging or rotating spray bars that can disrupt airflow.

This kit comes complete with a 10lb nitrous bottle featuring the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. This valve is designed for high flow with a large .325 orifice and an improved flow path, plus it includes two integrated gauge ports and a 5/8 siphon tube. It's also lighter than older brass valves. Beyond the bottle and plate, Nitrous Express includes a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness to get you started. The system is designed to make the most power per jet size compared to other systems.
