Nitrous Express is well-known for their performance nitrous oxide systems. This particular kit, the Dry Dual Stage Billet Crossbar Plate System, is designed for serious power gains on engines with a 4150 carburetor flange. It's a dry system, meaning it injects nitrous only, relying on your engine's fuel system to provide the necessary fuel for combustion. This setup is capable of supporting anywhere from 100 to 1000 horsepower, making it a versatile option for a wide range of performance builds.

What sets this system apart is its billet aluminum crossbar plate. Unlike traditional spray bar designs, this CNC-machined plate features an improved flow path with a single 45-degree turn, eliminating the spray bars themselves. This design promotes excellent atomization and cylinder distribution, ensuring a more consistent and effective nitrous charge. The absence of spray bars also means there's nothing to sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow, representing a significant advancement in nitrous plate technology. This system comes complete with a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. The Lightning bottle valve, included with bottle-equipped systems, is designed for great looks and superior flow.

This kit does not include a nitrous bottle, allowing you to choose the size and type that best fits your application. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It's also important to be aware of the Prop 65 warning associated with this product.
