The CNC machined design of this Nitrous Express Billet Crossbar plate system eliminates traditional spray bars, which can sag or disrupt airflow. This results in improved atomization and better distribution of the nitrous charge to each cylinder, setting a new standard for crossbar nitrous plate technology. This dry, dual-stage system is designed to support power gains from 100 to 1000 horsepower and features a 4500 flange, making it suitable for a wide range of performance applications.

Included in this comprehensive kit is the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve, which not only looks great but also offers improved flow and weighs less than older brass valve designs. The system also comes with a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate lines, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and its corresponding relay harness. The plate itself incorporates two integrated gauge ports and a large .500 orifice with an improved flow path that minimizes turns, contributing to efficient nitrous delivery.
