The CNC machined design of this Nitrous Express Billet Crossbar plate system eliminates traditional spray bars, which means no more issues with them sagging, rotating, or disrupting airflow. This advanced approach leads to excellent atomization and cylinder distribution, setting a new standard for crossbar nitrous plate technology. It’s built to support a wide range of power, from 100 to 2000 horsepower, making it a versatile option for serious performance builds.

This isn't just a plate; it's a comprehensive kit designed for a complete installation. You get a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines running from the solenoids to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean look and reliable connections. The system also includes integrated gauge ports for monitoring, a large .500 orifice for robust flow, and an improved flow path that minimizes turns to just one 45-degree bend. For added safety and control, it comes with a wide-open throttle switch and a master arming switch, all powered through a 40 Amp relay and harness.

Included with this system is the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve, which not only looks great but also flows exceptionally well and weighs nearly a pound less than older brass valve designs.
