This Nitrous Express kit gives you a dry, single-entry billet crossbar plate system designed for 4150 style carburetors, capable of adding between 100 and 500 horsepower. What you get in this package is a comprehensive setup: a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines running from the solenoids to the plate, nickel-plated fittings throughout, a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. It's important to note that this system does not include a nitrous bottle.

The billet aluminum plate itself is CNC machined, and its crossbar design eliminates traditional spray bars. This approach leads to better fuel and nitrous atomization and more even distribution to each cylinder. Because there are no spray bars to sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow, this system represents an updated approach to nitrous plate technology. The plate features two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, and a large .500 orifice. The improved flow path is designed with only one 45-degree turn, which helps ensure efficient delivery.

This system is intended for off-road use only and is not CARB approved, meaning it cannot be shipped to California. If you plan to install this system, be aware that it requires a separate nitrous bottle and associated plumbing, which are not included. Proper installation and tuning are crucial for optimal performance and safety.
