The CNC machined billet aluminum plate in this Nitrous Express system is designed with a single entry point and an improved flow path that features only one 45-degree turn. This design eliminates traditional spray bars, which can sag or rotate, leading to better fuel atomization and more even distribution to each cylinder. This is a dry system, meaning it injects nitrous oxide only, and relies on your vehicle's existing fuel system to supply the necessary fuel for combustion.

This kit is built to support a wide range of power increases, from 100 to 500 horsepower, making it a versatile option for many performance builds. It's designed to fit carburetors with a 4150 flange. The included Lightning 500 bottle valve is made from billet aluminum, looks sharp, and offers excellent flow while weighing less than older brass valves. It also features two integrated gauge ports for monitoring pressure.

Nitrous Express includes everything you need to get this system installed and running, beyond just the plate and bottle. You'll find a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines running from the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean look and reliable connections. It also comes with a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness.
