Nitrous Express Polaris RZR 900cc Nitrous Plate Kit w/o Bottle

The billet aluminum nitrous plate in this Nitrous Express kit bolts directly between the cylinder head and intake boot on your Polaris RZR 900cc. This setup is designed to give you a significant power boost, up to an additional 40 horsepower, activated by a simple switch. It's engineered to work with a wide range of RZR 900 models, including the RZR 4 900, RZR S 900, and RZR 900 XC Edition, transforming your ride into a much more potent machine.

Nitrous Express uses both billet aluminum and carbon fiber for the nitrous and fuel solenoids. This combination not only looks sharp but also contributes to performance and keeps the overall weight down. The kit includes an electronic wide open throttle switch, ensuring the nitrous only engages when you're giving your RZR full throttle and automatically disengages when you ease off. Installation is straightforward, typically manageable in an afternoon with common hand tools, and it includes a direct plug-in fuel rail adapter, so you won't need to cut your factory fuel lines. The system comes with jetting for 10, 20, 30, and 40 horsepower gains, allowing you to tune the power output to your preference.

This kit is supplied without a nitrous bottle, giving you the flexibility to choose the size that best suits your needs, or to use a bottle you already have. It comes complete with Lightning Series solenoids, braided stainless steel hoses, the billet nitrous plate, a fuel rail adapter, a relay and harness, and the TPS autolearn activation switch.
