Nitrous Express Single Entry Crossbar RNC .178 4500 Flange Nitrous Kit (250-650HP) w/10lb Bottle

This Nitrous Express kit gives you a 10lb nitrous bottle with a billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve, a single entry billet crossbar nitrous plate designed for 4150 flange manifolds, and all the necessary components to get it installed. You'll also receive two Lightning solenoids (one for nitrous, one for fuel), a custom solenoid bracket, high-flow braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoids to the plate, nickel-plated fittings, a wide-open throttle switch, a 6AN feedline, a master arming switch, and an amp relay with its harness. The kit comes with jetting capable of supporting 250 to 650 horsepower.

The billet crossbar plate design is a newer approach to nitrous injection. Unlike older spray bar designs that could sag or rotate and disrupt airflow, this plate offers a turbulence-free flow path. The Lightning 500 bottle valve is a standout component, featuring two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8" siphon tube, a large .500" orifice, and an improved flow path with only one 45-degree turn. It's designed to look good, flow exceptionally well, and is lighter than older brass valves.

This system is intended for racing classes that permit only one nitrous and one fuel jet. It's important to note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper setup and safety guidelines.
