S&S Cycle 08-16 Touring Super Stock 89cc Cylinder Head Kit - Silver

This kit includes a pair of S&S Cycle Super Stock high-performance cylinder heads, finished in silver powder coat to match your stock engine components. These heads are built for 2006-2016 Harley-Davidson engines with stock crankcases, and they're a great choice for touring bikes and other heavy vehicles. They work well with stock displacement engines but really shine when paired with larger stroker or big bore setups, up to 110 cubic inches.

The 89cc combustion chamber offers a compression ratio that's a bit higher than stock, providing a noticeable boost in power without being too aggressive for larger engines. You'll notice improved airflow thanks to the large 2.000-inch intake and 1.605-inch exhaust valves. These valves help maintain port velocity for solid low and mid-range response while still supplying enough air for bigger engines to perform at their best. Intake ports flow 264 cfm, a significant improvement over the stock 182 cfm. The included high-performance valve springs are rated to handle camshafts with up to .650-inch lift, and these heads are designed to work with your stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds.

It's important to note that these Super Stock heads will not work with S&S compression releases in late-model Twin Cam engines that already have Harley-Davidson's stock Automatic Compression Release (ACR) system installed. Attempting to integrate them could cause damage to the heads and engine. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for specific details and compatibility checks.
