This kit includes a pair of S&S Cycle Super Stock cylinder heads, designed for 2006-2016 Harley-Davidson Touring engines. These heads are a solid choice for stock displacement engines, but they really shine when paired with larger stroker or big bore setups up to 110 cubic inches. The 89cc combustion chamber helps achieve a compression ratio that's a bit higher than stock, providing a good balance for touring bikes and other heavier vehicles.

The design features large 2.000-inch intake valves and 1.605-inch exhaust valves. This setup helps maintain port velocity for strong low and midrange response, while still allowing enough airflow for larger engines to perform at their best. Intake ports flow 264 cfm, a notable improvement over stock heads which typically flow around 182 cfm. The included high-performance valve springs are rated for camshafts with up to .650-inch lift. These heads are compatible with your stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds, and the wrinkle black powder coat finish matches factory black engine components. It's important to note that these heads are machined for S&S electric or manual compression releases, and they are not compatible with the stock Harley-Davidson Automatic Compression Release (ACR) system found on later Twin Cam models. Attempting to tie into the HD ACR wiring can cause damage to the heads and engine.
