S&S Cycle 2007+ BT 106in Big Bore Hot Set Up Kit w/o Cylinder Heads

This S&S Cycle 106 cubic inch Big Bore Hot Set Up Kit gives you a significant displacement increase for your 2007 and newer Big Twin motorcycle, without needing to remove the engine from the frame or perform complex machining. You get a well-built package designed to make a noticeable difference in power and torque. The kit is designed to work with your stock EFI throttle body, and the finished engine will be stock height, so you won't have any frame clearance issues.

Inside this kit, you'll find S&S 3.927" bore pistons and big bore cylinders finished in a silver powder coat. To make sure everything works together smoothly, it also includes S&S 585C chain drive Easy Start camshafts, S&S chromoly steel adjustable pushrods, and S&S high performance tappets. This combination results in a 106 cubic inch engine with a 10.2:1 compression ratio. The Easy Start camshafts help reduce the cranking effort needed to start the engine, which is a nice benefit.

While this kit provides the core components for a bigger engine, remember that it does not include the fuel or ignition systems. For optimal performance, S&S Cycle recommends using a larger throttle body, a performance intake, and a performance exhaust system. You will also need to recalibrate your EFI system after installation to ensure everything runs correctly. This kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
