S&S Cycle 2007+ BT 4-3/8in Stroke Flywheel Assembly w/o Sprocket Shaft Bearing Race

Starting with flywheels CNC machined from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings, this assembly is built to handle more. These forgings are 114 percent stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels, giving you a solid foundation for your engine build. The assembly is trued to less than .0005" runout on the pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, a critical detail that allows for higher RPM operation and full compatibility with gear drive cams.

This 4-3/8" stroke, 8-1/2" diameter flywheel assembly is designed to replace the original flywheels in 2007-'16 Harley-Davidson big twin engines, and it works with stock pistons. The wrist pin end of the connecting rods is tapered, just like stock rods. You'll find that the only joints in this assembly are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, as the pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel itself. This three-piece design is fully assembled with heavy-duty S&S 7.659" connecting rods, which also feature tapered wrist pin ends, and the entire unit is dynamically balanced for smooth operation.

This flywheel assembly is intended for crankcases equipped with a Timken sprocket shaft bearing and does not include the stock-style bearing race pressed onto the sprocket shaft. This is a well-built component that forms the heart of your engine's rotating assembly, ready for serious performance.
