They come fully assembled with S&S heavy-duty 7.667" connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends, and are dynamically balanced for smoother operation at higher RPMs. The assembly is a three-piece design where the only joints are at the crankpin, which is pressed into the flywheels. Both the pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the flywheel itself, and the assembly is trued to less than .0005" runout on the bearing surfaces, ensuring compatibility with gear-drive cams and capability for higher engine speeds.

This flywheel assembly is intended for internally balanced Big Twin models. It's important to note that the sprocket shaft does not come with a stock-style bearing race pressed on, as it's designed for the Timken bearing setup.
