S&S Cycle is well-known for building performance engine components that help riders get the most out of their motorcycles. This Super Stock® cylinder head kit is designed specifically for 1999 through 2005 Big Twin engines that use the stock crankcase. It's a solid choice for engines that are still close to stock displacement, but it really shines when you're looking to step up to a larger stroker or big bore setup, handling engines up to 110 cubic inches.

The 79cc combustion chamber is a key feature here. It offers a slightly higher compression ratio than stock, which helps most performance camshafts work more effectively, unlocking better power delivery. While these heads aren't machined for S&S® compression releases, they do feature large 1.940-inch intake valves and 1.575-inch exhaust valves. This setup is balanced to maintain good port velocity for strong low and midrange response, while still providing enough airflow for stock and slightly larger engines to reach their full potential. The included high-performance valve springs are rated to handle camshafts with up to .585 inches of lift, and you'll be glad to know they are compatible with your stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds, making installation more straightforward.
