S&S Cycle is well-known for building powerful engine components that push the limits of performance. This 124-inch Hot Set Up Kit is a prime example, designed to take your stock 88-inch engine and turn it into a serious powerhouse. If you're looking to significantly increase displacement and horsepower, this kit is engineered to deliver that transformation.

This comprehensive kit includes everything you need to bore out your engine and boost its performance. You get S&S 4-1/8 inch bore pistons and big bore cylinders finished in a tough wrinkle black powder coat. The kit also features a dynamically balanced 4-5/8 inch stroke flywheel assembly, complete with heavy-duty connecting rods and integral mainshafts. For camshafts, it includes S&S 640 gear drive Easy Start cams, along with S&S chromoly steel adjustable pushrods and premium tappets. The included S&S Super Stock 91cc cylinder heads are specially machined to accept a stock-length manifold, meaning you can retain your stock EFI throttle body, though recalibration is necessary. The resulting 124-inch engine achieves an 11:1 compression ratio. While the engine will be about 0.960 inches taller than stock, there are no frame clearance issues to worry about.

For optimal results, we recommend pairing this kit with a larger carburetor or EFI throttle body, a performance intake, and a performance exhaust system.
