Sinister Diesel is known for making tough parts for diesel trucks, and this hot side charge pipe for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is no exception. This part replaces the stock piping that runs from your turbocharger to the intercooler. The factory pipe can be a bit restrictive, but this upgraded version is larger in diameter and features smooth, mandrel-bent tubing. This design helps increase the velocity of the air flowing into your intercooler, which can lead to improved engine power and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs).

Built from strong 6061 aluminum alloy, this pipe is made to last. It connects using Sinister Diesel's 4-ply silicone boots, which are rated up to 400psi, and secured with stainless steel spring clamps for a reliable seal. The pipe is TIG welded for solid construction and finished in a polished, powder-coated Sinister Blue for a clean look under the hood. This pipe fits a range of Ford trucks, including the F-250, F-350, E-350, and Excursion models from the specified years.

When installing this pipe, keep in mind that it does not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option. The kit comes with the charge pipe, two silicone boots, and four stainless steel spring clamps, so you'll have what you need to get it installed.
