Sinister Diesel 03-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit w/Elbow

The 3-inch, CNC mandrel-bent tubing in this Sinister Diesel charge pipe kit is crafted from 6061 aluminum alloy, a strong yet lightweight material chosen for its durability and resistance to corrosion. This kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory intercooler pipes on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke, including a larger diameter intake elbow. The smooth, mandrel-bent bends help increase air velocity, which can lead to improved engine power and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) under load.

Sinister Diesel backs up this improved airflow with robust connections. The kit uses 4-ply silicone boots, rated to handle up to 400psi, ensuring a solid seal that won't leak under boost. These are secured with stainless steel spring clamps for a reliable connection. The pipes themselves are masterfully back-purge TIG welded for strong, clean joints and finished in a polished, powder-coated Sinister Blue for a sharp look under the hood. This kit includes the intake elbow, the cold side charge pipe, and the hot side charge pipe, along with all necessary boots and clamps.

Please note that the hot-side charge pipe in this kit does not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option. For 2005-2007 models, the intake elbow has CARB EO# D-721-6 and the intercooler pipes have CARB EO# D-721-5, making them California Air Resources Board compliant.
