This Sinister Diesel charge pipe kit is built for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. It replaces the stock intercooler piping with larger, smoother components designed to help your engine breathe easier. The kit includes the pipe connecting the intercooler to the intake manifold (cold side) and the pipe from the turbocharger to the intercooler (hot side). By increasing the diameter and using smooth, mandrel-bent tubing, this kit helps improve airflow velocity, which can lead to better power output and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) – something you'll appreciate when you're working the truck hard.

What sets this kit apart is its robust construction. The pipes themselves are made from 6061 aluminum alloy, chosen for its strength and light weight. Please note that the hot-side charge pipe will not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option.
