Skunk2 Racing Lowering Springs are designed for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000 to give you a noticeable improvement in handling and a more aggressive stance. These springs work by lowering your car's center of gravity, which helps reduce body roll in corners and keeps the car more stable under acceleration and braking. You'll feel a more connected driving experience, especially when pushing the car on twisty roads.

These springs are CNC-wound from SAE 9254V spring steel, a strong material chosen for its durability and consistent performance. After winding, they undergo a shot-peening process to relieve stress and improve fatigue life. To protect against the elements, they're powder-coated and treated with a specialized phosphate process, making them well-built for the long haul. The front springs have a tender rate of 168 lb.-in and a main rate of 380 lb.-in, while the rear springs are 161 lb.-in tender and 243 lb.-in main. This setup is engineered to provide a good balance between improved performance and a comfortable ride, and they're designed to work with your stock or aftermarket shocks.

Installing these springs will lower the front of your S2000 by about 2.0 inches and the rear by about 1.8 inches, giving your car a lower profile. They are compatible with OEM or aftermarket shock absorbers, and can be paired with other Skunk2 suspension components for an even more cohesive setup.
