Starting with a 1/4 inch thick laser-cut steel plate for the lower leaf spring clamp, this flip kit from UMI Performance is built to handle the stress of lowering your classic GM truck. This kit is designed to relocate your rear axle above the leaf springs, giving you a nominal six-inch drop. It's a popular choice for 1973-1987 Chevrolet C10, C1500, and GMC C1500 trucks looking for that classic lowered stance.
The kit includes a saddle bracket that repositions the axle slightly to keep the wheel centered in the wheel well, maintaining the stock wheelbase.
