If you're swapping a TH350 automatic transmission into your 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird, this torque arm relocation kit from UMI Performance simplifies the process. It's built using strong DOM mild steel tubing and features 0.188” thick mounting plates, ensuring a solid foundation for your drivetrain. The integrated torque arm mount is designed to work with most stock-style aftermarket torque arms, as well as the factory unit, and it allows for adjustment of the torque arm's instant center by moving the front mount up or down.

The torque arm mount itself is machined from 0.250” thick mild steel and includes a new clam shell for a secure connection to the torque arm. This kit is a complete bolt-in solution, meaning you won't need to drill or weld anything; it utilizes the existing holes where the stock cross member was mounted. UMI Performance designed this cross member to tuck up tight against the chassis, so you don't have to worry about losing ground clearance. You won't need any additional torque arm brackets when installing this kit.
