UMI Performance 82-92 GM F-Body Tubular K-member Coil Springs

This K-member is constructed from strong 3/16-inch thick mild steel for the engine and suspension mounting points, all held together with 1-1/2-inch diameter DOM tubing. It’s CNC machined and jig-built to ensure a hassle-free installation, fitting with factory or aftermarket control arms and suspension components. The design includes lightening holes in the mounting plates and offers improved clearance for aftermarket exhaust systems. A notable feature is its modular design, which allows you to use stock springs and struts, or you can remove the spring pockets to convert to coil-overs. It’s MIG and TIG welded for a clean look and solid strength, and it comes with six new Grade 10.9 mounting bolts.

This K-member has been tested on UMI's own '89 IROC project car, proving its strength and reliability for street use, drag strip runs, and autocross events.
