UMI Performance 98-02 GM F-Body LSX Lightweight Solid Engine Mounts

UMI Performance is known for building well-made suspension and chassis components right here in the USA. For your 1998-2002 GM F-Body, like your Chevrolet Camaro, these solid engine mounts are a direct replacement for the factory rubber ones. By swapping out the stock rubber mounts for these solid steel units, you'll notice less engine movement, which translates to a quicker throttle response.

These mounts are constructed from 3/16-inch laser-cut US steel and finished with a durable gloss black powder coat. They are designed to position the engine in the stock location and work with UMI LS k-members, the factory GM k-member, and many aftermarket k-members that use a factory-style pedestal mount. If you're using LSX adapter brackets, these mounts are compatible with part number 2406. They also save about 4 pounds compared to the stock setup.

Keep in mind that solid mounts are intended for race use or street driving where you can expect some increased vibration and noise to enter the cabin. Hardware is included to make installation straightforward.
