Product Details
The threads on this bushing end are made from 4140 Chrome Moly steel, a strong material chosen for its durability in threaded components. This fabricated bushing end is designed to replace spherical rod ends on UMI Performance control arms, and it's also compatible with many other brands that use a 3/4”-16 right hand threaded rod end. If you've got worn-out or noisy rod ends on your GM A/G-Body or F-Body vehicle, this assembly is a straightforward replacement.
You can simply remove the old rod end and screw this polyurethane bushing assembly into place. It comes fully assembled with Energy Suspension fluted bushings, a grease fitting so you can keep it lubricated, a new jam nut for secure adjustment, and a durable powder coat finish. The assembly offers 1.750 inches of thread adjustment, a 0.500-inch bolt hole diameter, and a bushing width of 2.400 inches, all TIG welded for added strength.
