It's built from 6061 aluminum, a strong yet lightweight material that helps dissipate heat effectively. The design incorporates louvered fins on the outside path to maximize surface area for cooling, while the inside path features an offset fin design that helps keep pressure loss to a minimum. This combination is key for getting cooler, denser air into your engine, which is crucial for turbocharged and supercharged applications.
