Vibrant Intercooler Core - 20in x 11in x 3.5in

This Vibrant intercooler core is a bar and plate air-to-air unit measuring 20 inches wide, 11 inches tall, and 3.5 inches thick. It's designed to handle demanding forced induction setups, capable of supporting gasoline or diesel race engines making over 1300 horsepower. The core comes cleaned and prepared, ready for welding right out of the box.

What sets this core apart is its unique louvered fin design on the ambient path, which maximizes the surface area exposed to airflow for better heat dissipation. On the charge air side, an offset fin design helps minimize pressure loss, ensuring that the cooler air reaches your engine with minimal restriction. This combination aims for maximum cooling efficiency while maintaining a low pressure drop, crucial for performance in extreme race applications. It's constructed from 6061 aluminum and has been pressure tested to ensure it's leak-free.

Keep in mind that this intercooler core is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also carries a 1-year limited warranty from Vibrant.
