It's a bar and plate air-to-air core, meaning it has internal passages for the hot compressed air from your turbo or supercharger and external fins that are cooled by airflow. This setup is a popular choice for serious performance builds because it offers a good balance of cooling capacity and minimal pressure drop.

What sets this core apart is its construction. It features a unique louvered fin design on the outside that maximizes the surface area exposed to the air, helping to dissipate heat more effectively.
