This listing is for a Vibrant Performance Intercooler Core, measuring 27.5 inches wide, 9.85 inches tall, and 4.5 inches thick. It's constructed from aluminum and is ready to be welded into your custom setup right out of the box. This core is designed for high-horsepower gasoline or diesel race engines, capable of supporting over 1300 horsepower.
The core features a bar and plate design with a unique louvered fin on the outside for maximum surface area and an offset fin on the inside to minimize pressure loss. This combination helps deliver significantly cooler and denser air to your engine, which is crucial for performance in demanding race applications. Each core is pressure tested to ensure it's leak-free.
Please note that this intercooler core is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It is made from 6061 aluminum.
