It's built with a robust bar and plate construction, designed to handle demanding high-boost conditions often found in race applications. The primary job of an intercooler is to cool the compressed air coming from your turbo or supercharger before it enters the engine, making it denser and allowing for more power.

What sets this Vibrant intercooler apart is its unique fin design. On the outside, a louvered fin design maximizes the surface area exposed to airflow, which helps dissipate heat more effectively. On the inside, where the air travels through, an offset fin design is used. This design helps reduce pressure loss, meaning your turbo doesn't have to work as hard to push air through the intercooler, and you get a more responsive throttle.
