Vibrant Vertical Flow Intercooler Core 27in Wide x 6in High x 6in Thick

If you're building a custom turbo setup or upgrading an existing one, managing intake air temperature is key to making good power. This Vibrant Performance intercooler core is designed to help you do just that. It's a bar and plate air-to-air core, meaning it uses ambient air to cool the hot compressed air coming from your turbo before it enters the engine.

What sets this core apart is its construction. It uses a unique louvered fin design on the outside, which helps it grab more of that ambient air to improve cooling efficiency. On the inside, where the charged air flows, it has an offset fin design. This helps keep the pressure drop across the core to a minimum, so your turbo doesn't have to work as hard to push air through. It's made from 6061 aluminum, which is strong and lightweight, and measures 27 inches wide, 6 inches high, and 6 inches thick.

Keep in mind this intercooler core is not CARB approved, so it cannot be shipped to California. You'll need to plan for custom fabrication to integrate this core into your piping system.
