If you're looking to upgrade your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax engine, this Wehrli Custom Fabrication S300 turbo install kit is what you need to make the switch from your factory IHI turbo to a larger Borg Warner S300 frame setup. This kit is designed to replace restrictive factory components with well-built aluminum and stainless steel parts, aiming to improve airflow all the way from the air intake to the engine's intake manifold.

You'll receive a new 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake system with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and a high-performance dry air filter, complete with a pre-filter cover. The intercooler piping gets an upgrade to 3-inch diameter mandrel-bent aluminum tubes for both the hot and cold sides. A key component is the included 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge kit, which replaces the stock upper intake manifold to help maximize horsepower and efficiency gains. The oil feed and drain lines are made from high-quality stainless steel braided Parker lines, with the feed line routing from the engine block's main oil galley. The kit also includes a high-temperature ceramic-coated turbo downpipe that connects directly to your existing exhaust front pipe using a V-band clamp, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for your exhaust system. A driver's side transmission dipstick tube is also included to make installing the downpipe easier.

This kit is designed to mount a T4 turbocharger (sold separately) to a fabricated steel pedestal with a spacer, compatible with 2-inch high-flow stainless steel up-pipes. If you're not purchasing a Borg Warner turbo directly from Wehrli, you'll need to provide the details of your chosen turbo so they can ensure proper fitment.
