This Wehrli Custom Fabrication S300 turbo swap kit is built for your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 equipped with the 5.9L Cummins engine. It's designed to let you install an S300 based turbocharger when you're using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold, which you'll need to source separately. The kit's unique design mounts the manifold pointing upwards, simplifying the downpipe installation process significantly. You won't need to cut your exhaust system; the included shorty downpipe connects directly to your exhaust system's V-band flange, just like the factory turbo outlet elbow did.

The Bengal Blue powder coat finish isn't just for looks; it's a durable coating that helps protect the components. Inside the kit, you'll find a 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe with a V-band connection, a 4-inch shorty downpipe designed to mate with your exhaust system's V-band, and a 4-inch intake. For installation, it comes complete with silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover, a coolant hose and fitting assembly, and an oil drain line assembly.
