This Wehrli twin turbo kit is designed for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 trucks, as well as their GMC Sierra counterparts, equipped with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax engine. It includes a coolant overflow tank with hoses, fittings, and a low coolant sensor, along with silicone boots, t-bolt clamps, v-band clamps, heat wrap and clamps, an atmosphere turbo pedestal with a built-in oil return fitting, a 5-inch intake with a dry air filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines with fittings, a 3.5-inch cold side charge pipe, a 3.5-inch turbo inlet horn, a 3-inch one-piece Y-bridge with an HD bead roll end, a 4-inch ceramic-coated turbo downpipe, and a 3-inch cold side intercooler pipe. The kit features a durable custom powder coat finish in WCFab Grey and is made in the USA. This kit is capable of supporting up to 1000 rear-wheel horsepower, depending on your chosen turbocharger and fuel system modifications, making it a solid option for daily driver work trucks and tow rigs that need more horsepower, better fuel mileage, and superior Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) control while maintaining stock-like turbo spool characteristics.

When selecting your turbocharger, consider combinations like an S475 or S480 paired with the stock IHI turbo for up to 750-800+ rear-wheel horsepower, offering excellent turbo spool. For more top-end performance, an S480 paired with a 64mm drop-in turbo can achieve over 900 rear-wheel horsepower, with moderate spool characteristics. For these higher horsepower applications, a built Allison transmission, such as the WCFab 750+ built Allison, is recommended to handle the increased power output. This kit is designed to integrate these components seamlessly, providing an improved powerband and better control over your engine's operating temperatures.
