Wehrli 01-04 Duramax LB7 LB7S300 Single Turbo Install Kit - Bengal Red

If you're looking to upgrade your 2001-2004 Duramax LB7 Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 with a larger frame Borg Warner S300 style turbo, this single turbo install kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is what you need. This kit replaces your stock IHI turbo setup and includes everything to get your new turbo plumbed and connected, including a fabricated aluminum intake with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and a high-performance dry filter with a pre-filter cover. You also get updated 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum piping for both the hot and cold side intercooler charge pipes, designed for improved airflow. To complete the air path into the engine and help achieve maximum horsepower and efficiency, the kit includes an upgraded 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge kit that replaces the restrictive stock upper intake manifold.

Wehrli has included high-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil lines, with the feed line routing directly from the engine block's main oil galley. The kit features a T4 fabricated steel pedestal with a spacer, ready to accept a variety of popular turbo sizes (sold separately), and is compatible with 2-inch high-flow stainless steel up-pipes. The included high-temperature ceramic-coated turbo downpipe connects directly to your existing exhaust front pipe's V-band clamp, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for your exhaust system. For easier installation, a driver-side transmission dipstick tube relocation is also part of this kit.

This kit is finished in a striking Bengal Red powder coat. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. If you are not purchasing a Borg Warner turbo directly from Wehrli, you will need to provide the brand and details of your chosen turbo so they can ensure proper fitment, and you may need to ship your turbo to them for mock-up before your kit can be built. Your order lead time begins once they have the necessary turbo in their possession.
