Wehrli 01-04 Duramax LB7 S400 Single Turbo Install Kit - Bengal Red

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 Single Turbo Install Kit is designed to help you swap from the stock IHI-style turbo to a larger Borg Warner S400 frame turbo on your 2001-2004 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine. You'll receive a comprehensive package including silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, heat wrap, and a relocated driver-side transmission dipstick tube to simplify installation. The kit also features a new 5-inch fabricated aluminum intake with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and lid, complete with a high-performance dry filter and an Outerwear's pre-filter cover.

The kit updates your intercooler plumbing with 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum hot and cold side charge pipes. It also includes Wehrli's upgraded high-flow 3-inch fabricated billet y-bridge, designed to replace the restrictive stock upper intake manifold for improved airflow into the engine. For oil management, the kit comes with high-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil lines, including a feed line that routes from the engine block's main oil galley. A T4 fabricated steel pedestal with a spacer and hardware is provided for mounting your chosen turbo, which is compatible with Wehrli's 2-inch high-flow stainless steel up-pipes. The included high-temperature ceramic-coated turbo downpipe connects directly to your existing exhaust front pipe V-band clamp, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for your exhaust system. This kit is finished in a striking Bengal Red powder coat.

This kit is made in the USA and is designed for a direct fit on 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 models. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. If you are not purchasing a Borg Warner turbo from Wehrli, you must provide the brand and details of your turbo so they can ensure proper fitment. Your order lead time begins once Wehrli has received the turbo needed to build your kit.
