Wehrli 01-04 Duramax LB7 Twin Turbo Kit S400/Stock - Bengal Red

This Wehrli Custom Fab twin turbo kit is designed for the 2001-2004 Duramax LB7 engine, giving you the components to significantly upgrade your truck's forced induction system. You'll receive a coolant overflow tank with hoses, fittings, and a low coolant sensor, along with silicone boots, t-bolt clamps, v-band clamps, heat wrap, and clamps. It also includes an atmosphere turbo pedestal with a built-in oil return fitting, a 5-inch intake with a dry air filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines, a 3.5-inch cold side charge pipe, a 3.5-inch turbo inlet horn, a 3-inch one-piece Y-bridge with an HD bead roll end, a 4-inch ceramic-coated turbo downpipe, and a 3-inch cold side intercooler pipe. The kit features a durable custom Bengal Red powder coat finish.

This kit is built to help you achieve higher horsepower numbers, with the potential for 1000 RWHP depending on your turbo and fuel system choices. It's recommended for daily drivers and tow rigs that need more power, better fuel mileage, and improved Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) control, all while maintaining stock-like turbo spool characteristics. For optimal performance and reliability, Wehrli recommends specific turbocharger combinations like an S475 or S480 paired with the stock IHI turbo, or an S480 with a 64mm drop-in turbo, each with supporting modifications and a built Allison transmission.
