Wehrli 03-07 Cummins 5.9L D/S 3.5in. Intake Horn IC Pipe - Candy Teal

If you're working on a 2003-2007 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L Cummins engine, this Wehrli 3.5-inch intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe kit is a solid upgrade. It directly replaces the factory 3-inch plastic intercooler pipe and the restrictive OEM intake horn, which necks down significantly. This kit is designed to improve airflow into your engine, helping it breathe easier.

The kit features a full 3.5-inch mandrel-bent elbow that replaces the stock horn, welded to a CNC-machined aluminum flange. This flange is designed to match up well with Wehrli's Grid Intake spacer kit for optimal air delivery to the cylinder head, though it can also work with the OEM grid heater or other aftermarket plates. The flange also includes two 1/8" NPT ports for boost gauges or water-methanol injection, plus an 8mm port for the factory wire harness clamp and a bung for the oil dipstick tube. The intercooler pipe itself is made from heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum, offering a much more robust solution than the stock plastic part. Everything connects with high-quality 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps, so you won't need to reuse any old, worn-out rubber parts.

This kit is a bolt-on installation that requires no tuning and is designed to fit stock trucks without other modifications.
