This 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intercooler pipe from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built for your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins engine. It's designed to replace the stock passenger side (hot side) pipe, which can often develop leaks as it ages, especially when you start running higher boost pressures. This pipe is specifically made to work with the factory Holset HE351 turbocharger and the OEM intercooler, making it a straightforward upgrade.

The pipe itself is made from aluminum and is mandrel-bent, which means it maintains a consistent diameter throughout its bends, allowing air to flow more smoothly compared to pipes with sharper, non-mandrel bends. This improved airflow can help your turbo spool up faster, give you a more responsive throttle, and potentially lower your Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). It comes with high-quality silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps, which are much better at sealing and preventing boost leaks than the stock clamps and aged rubber boots.
