Starting with a full 3.5-inch mandrel-bent elbow, this Wehrli kit replaces the factory plastic intercooler pipe and the restrictive OEM intake horn on your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The stock components can be a bottleneck, especially on modified trucks, limiting how much air can get into the engine. This kit addresses that by using a larger, heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum intercooler pipe and a much less restrictive intake horn, which is a full 3.5 inches compared to the stock part's necked-down opening.

The intake horn features a CNC-machined aluminum flange that bolts directly to the cylinder head, and it's designed to work seamlessly with Wehrli's own Grid Intake spacer kit for optimal airflow. It also includes two 1/8" NPT ports for boost reference gauges or water-methanol injection, plus an 8mm port for the factory wire harness clamp and a bung for the oil dipstick tube. This means you can retain factory routing for essential components. The intercooler pipe and intake horn are finished in a durable gloss white powder coat, and the kit comes complete with high-quality 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps, so you won't need to reuse any old, worn-out rubber parts.
