When you're working on your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L Cummins engine, this Wehrli Custom Fab kit gives you a significant upgrade over the factory intake plumbing. You'll get a new 3.5-inch high-flow intake horn and a matching 3.5-inch driver-side intercooler pipe, both finished in a durable flat black powder coat. This kit replaces the factory 3-inch plastic intercooler pipe, which is known to fail, and the restrictive factory intake horn that necks down to less than 1.5 inches. The new components are made from heavy-gauge aluminum and are mandrel-bent for smooth airflow.

The Wehrli intake horn is designed to work seamlessly with the factory grid heater or other aftermarket intake plates, and it features a CNC-machined flange that matches up well with Wehrli's own grid intake spacer kits for optimal air delivery to the cylinder head. This flange also includes two 1/8" NPT ports for boost reference gauges or water-methanol injection, plus an 8mm port for securing the factory wire harness clamp. There's also a dedicated bung to hold your oil dipstick tube in place. Connecting the new pipe and horn are high-quality, 5-ply silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps, so you won't need to reuse any old, worn-out factory rubber parts.
