This Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 Twin Turbo Kit is built with a high-temperature gloss black ceramic coating on the hot side piping and downpipe, offering a durable and clean look for your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. This kit is designed to work with your stock Holset turbo and an S400 frame turbo, allowing for significant horsepower gains, potentially up to 1000 rear-wheel horsepower depending on your fuel system and turbocharger choice. It’s a popular choice for daily drivers and tow rigs that need more power while maintaining better exhaust gas temperature control and a near-stock turbo spool feel.

The kit includes a 3-inch cold charge pipe connecting the turbos and a 3-inch turbo hot side crossover pipe, both finished in a durable custom powder coat. You'll also get a 4-inch turbo downpipe, silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, O-ring seals, and all necessary installation hardware, including heat wrap and clamps. The design retains the passenger-side factory battery location, simplifying installation. A dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover is also included to help keep debris out of your intake.

Wehrli offers several turbocharger recommendations to pair with this kit, depending on your goals. For up to 750 RWHP with the best turbo spool, an S475 or stock Holset turbo is recommended, performing well even on stock fuel systems. If you're aiming for 800+ RWHP and better top-end performance, an S480 with a stock Holset turbo is an option, though it sacrifices a bit of low-end spool. For 900+ RWHP, consider an S480 with an upgraded 63 or 64mm drop-in turbo for improved top-end power with moderate spool. The highest power potential, 1000+ RWHP, comes from an S480 with a 67mm upgraded drop-in turbo, but this setup sacrifices low-end power and spool characteristics, making it best suited for manual transmission trucks and not recommended for tow rigs.
