The hot side piping and downpipe on this Wehrli twin turbo kit are treated with a high-temperature black ceramic coating, helping to manage exhaust heat. This kit is designed for the 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engine, offering a path to significantly increased horsepower, improved fuel mileage, and better Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) control. It’s built to be capable of 1000 rear-wheel horsepower, depending on your turbocharger and fuel system choices.

This kit is a solid option for daily driver work trucks and tow rigs that need more power without sacrificing too much low-end response. Wehrli includes stainless steel oil feed and drain lines, a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover, and silicone boots with stainless T-bolt clamps. You also get a 3-inch cold charge pipe between the turbos and a 3-inch turbo hot side crossover pipe, along with a 4-inch turbo downpipe. The kit retains the passenger-side factory battery location, and all necessary installation hardware, heat wrap, clamps, V-band clamps, and O-ring seals are included. The custom powder coat finish is durable, and the entire kit is made in the USA.

When choosing your turbo, consider that an S475 paired with the stock Holset turbo is recommended for up to 750 RWHP and offers the best turbo spool, performing well even on stock fuel systems. For more top-end power, an S480 with the stock Holset turbo can handle 800+ RWHP with supporting modifications, though it sacrifices a bit of low-end spool. If you're aiming for 900+ RWHP, an S480 with an upgraded 63 or 64mm drop-in turbo is a good choice, offering improved top-end power with moderate spool. For the ultimate top-end power, capable of 1000+ RWHP, an S480 with a 67mm drop-in turbo is available, but this setup sacrifices low-end power and turbo spool and is not recommended for tow rigs due to its spool characteristics.
