This Wehrli twin turbo kit for your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins gives you the components to set up a compound turbo system, using an S400-style atmospheric turbo paired with your stock Holset turbo. It's designed to help you reach up to 1000 rear-wheel horsepower, depending on your turbo and fuel system choices. This kit is a solid option if you're looking for more power, better fuel economy, and improved exhaust gas temperature control for your daily driver or tow rig, while aiming for turbo spool characteristics that feel similar to stock.

You'll receive the high-temperature ceramic-coated hot side piping and downpipe, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines with fittings, a dry air filter with an Outerwear's pre-filter cover, silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps, a 3-inch cold charge pipe, a 3-inch turbo hot side crossover pipe, a 4-inch turbo downpipe, heat wrap and clamps, V-band clamps, and O-ring seals. The kit also includes installation hardware and a 5-inch intake. It's built to retain the passenger-side factory battery location and features a durable custom powder coat finish in WCFab Grey. This kit is made in the USA.

Wehrli offers several recommended turbo combinations to pair with this kit, ranging from an S475 for up to 750 RWHP with good spool, to an S480 with a larger 67mm secondary turbo for over 1000 RWHP, which offers the best top-end power but sacrifices low-end spool. For tow rigs, the S480/67 setup is not recommended due to its spool characteristics.
